  1. The currently selected IPX network interface does not support IPX checksumming.

  7. This field specifies the period that must elapse before the Routing Information Protocol retransmits a query. Default = 0 ticks (so that MacIPX automatically determines the period).

  9. This field specifies the number of buffers that SAP provides to handle query responses. An application may override this value. Default = 20.

  11. This field specifies the number of times that SAP transmits a query. An application may override this value. Default = 3.

  13. This field specifies the period that must elapse before SAP retransmits a query (1 second = 60 ticks). An application may override this value. Default = 120 ticks.

  15. Click here to restore the default MacIPX parameters. All of the parameters in this dialog will revert to the original settings determined by the manufacturer.

  17. Even if an application requests fewer retransmissions, this field specifies the minimum number of times that SPX retransmits a packet without receiving a response before deciding to abort the connection. Default = 0.

  19. This field specifies the maximum number of times that SPX retransmits a packet without receiving a response before deciding to abort the connection. An application may override this value. Default = 10.

  21. This field specifies the frequency at which SPX will send a packet to its connection partner to inform the partner that the connection is alive (1 second = 60 ticks). Default = 480 ticks.

  23. This field specifies the period that SPX will wait, without receiving any responses, before it begins requesting packets from the connection partner to assure that the connection is valid (1 second = 60 ticks). Default = 1200 ticks.

  25. This field specifies the period that SPX will wait, without receiving any responses, before terminating the session (1 second = 60 ticks). Default = 2400 ticks.

  27. The maximum network packet size used by MacIPX. This value should be >= 576 and <= the network maximum transmission unit (MTU). To use the network MTU enter 0.
